# Eckert Diamond Tube Laser – CNC Tube Laser Cutting Machine for Tubes and Profiles

The Diamond Tube Laser from Eckert Cutting is a CNC laser tube cutting machine for the precise machining of tubes and profiles. It is suitable for companies in the metalworking, steel construction, and mechanical engineering industries that want to cut tubes and profiles efficiently and with high repeatability.

## Tube Diameters and Profile Shapes

The Diamond Tube series processes round tubes with a minimum diameter of 20 mm. The maximum tube diameter is 240 mm, 360 mm, or 540 mm, depending on the model.

In addition to round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, oval and elliptical tubes, as well as various special profiles can be machined. Open profiles such as L-, C-, I- and H-profiles also fall within the range of applications.

## Stable Tube Clamping for Precise Laser Cuts

The robust gantry design with an inclined rack and pinion drive ensures high rigidity and stable machine movements. A pneumatic clamping system, CNC-controlled self-centering, and a floating tube support assist in the secure fixing of the workpieces – even with long tubes and profiles.

The 360° machining capability enables flexible cutting contours for demanding components and structures.

## Optional Chamfer Cutting up to 45°

With an optional 4-, 5- or 6-axis cutting head, the Diamond Tube Laser enables chamfer and bevel cuts up to 45°. This allows tubes and profiles to be specifically prepared for welding joints and complex assemblies.

## Automation for Series Production

An optional automatic loading system supports continuous material feed and reduces manual effort. This makes the tube laser cutting machine suitable for both flexible production tasks and series production.
