The Titan DrillCut is a powerful CNC machining center that combines thermal cutting (plasma or oxy-fuel) with precise drilling and threading in a single machine. The robust portal design ensures vibration-free machining, even with thick materials up to 200 mm.

The integrated VarioDrill system allows for efficient machining of holes from Ø 6 to 40 mm and threads from M4 to M20 without the need for hardening. An automatic tool changer ensures a quick change between drilling, countersinking, and threading – ideal for automated production processes.
