CORMAK MM3166P 400V Drum Roller Sander is an advanced through-feed sanding machine designed for precise sanding of solid wood, MDF boards, veneer, and other woodworking materials. Equipped with two sanding drums and a 635 mm working width, this model is an excellent solution for serial production and facilities requiring high-quality surface finishing.

Construction and technology

The CORMAK MM3166P has been designed with stability, precision, and durability in mind. The main steel frame provides resistance to vibration and deformation. The 2.2 kW main motor drives the sanding rollers at 1800 rpm, enabling efficient removal of excess material, even when processing hard wood species.

The 120 W feed motor works together with the adjustable speed control system, allowing the operator to precisely control the sanding process. The large belt width of 635 mm makes it possible to process wide components in a single pass, reducing operating time.

Precision and working efficiency

The machine provides accurate control of the workpiece thickness in the range of 7 to 130 mm. The sanding belt speed of 14 m/s ensures a high-quality surface finish without overheating or burning the material. The roller diameter and working roller length (635 mm) provide even contact pressure and a consistent final sanding effect.
