CORMAK MM3146 230V Drum Roller Sander for Wood is an efficient, single-unit sanding machine designed for finishing flat surfaces made of solid wood, furniture boards, metal components, and plastics. Construction and technology

The CORMAK MM3146 stands out with its solid industrial construction. The 1.5/2.2 kW (S1/S6) main motor, combined with a reinforced 60 W feed drive, provides sufficient power reserve for intensive, long-term operation. The variable feed speed system (0–4 m/min) allows adjustment of the working pace depending on the material type and required surface quality.

The sanding belt measuring 2100 × 75 mm drives a high-speed roller (2800 rpm), enabling fast and effective material removal. The aluminum sanding drum cools itself during operation, eliminating the risk of overheating the work surface. The side guide has been additionally reinforced, improving parallel alignment and sanding stability across the entire working width.

Precision and working efficiency

The CORMAK MM3146 drum sander guarantees repeatable results thanks to its mechanical height adjustment system with a precise scale. The minimum workpiece thickness is 3.5 mm, while the maximum is 100 mm, allowing the processing of both thin panels and solid structural elements.

The working width of 460 mm in a single pass (or 920 mm with double guiding) provides production flexibility, even when processing larger batches of components.
