The CORMAK MCB350HD cutter in this segment of machines is the largest cutter with very large cutting capacity of 350x260. It has a more powerful engine and a convenient control panel. Machine characteristics

The CORMAK MCB350HD metal band saw with CE enables cutting in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the cut material or at any angle in the range from -45 to +60 degrees. The cut piece can be fed manually or through any feeding device. The feed during cutting is gravitational based on the principle of oil flow in a two-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The operator starts the machine by pressing the start button and sets the cutting speed. When the cut is complete, the machine automatically stops and the operator raises the arm manually to the starting position.

Feeding is done manually. This model is used for both unit and serial production, and due to its robust construction, it can cut a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, tool steel, solid materials and profiles. The device enables angular cutting of the material by turning the arm to the left and right. The cutter arm made of a uniform cast iron together with the 27 mm wide cutting band used in this cutter allows you to fully perform multi-series cuts of both profiles and solid materials.

The arm is equipped with an automatic blade tension sensor, it is tilted by 25 degrees, which increases the life of the blade. A cleaning brush is attached to the bottom of the arm for perfect blade cleanliness and function. The drive of the machine is transmitted through a worm gear filled with gear oil. The machine has a three-phase motor with double windings and two cutting speeds.

Motor thermal protection. This cutter has a very large range of work when cutting at an angle from 45º to the left to 60º to the right. The machine has two speeds of the cutting band: 32 and 72 m/min. A cutter with an automatic, smoothly adjustable, gravitational arm feed downwards. Construction: the frame, vice and rotating table are cast iron. Closed emulsion cooling system with fluid distribution to the blade guides. The machine is equipped with a bumper with a ruler for setting the length of the cut material.

At the back of the machine there is a roller feeding the material to be cut. Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical installation that meets all CE requirements. The machine has a limit switch that stops the machine after the cutting process is finished, an emergency switch, the so-called "safety mushroom", a series of microswitches that turn off the machine when, for example, we open the cover of the belt transmission or the cover of the cutting band.
