Construction and Technology

The machine features a welded steel frame mounted on a rigid base with an integrated coolant reservoir. The cast iron saw bow provides exceptional rigidity for the cutting assembly. Cutting is performed by a gravity-fed system with hydraulic cylinder feed control, ensuring smooth and consistent blade descent. A quick-action vise with a movable jaw allows fast and secure workpiece clamping. The machine offers two blade speeds, 44 or 88 m/min, together with infinitely adjustable feed rate control.

Precision and Performance

Thanks to its rigid blade guidance system, the HBS320 maintains excellent cutting accuracy even during continuous operation. The independent coolant tank and pump reduce cutting temperatures, improve cutting quality, and extend blade life. An automatic motor shut-off at the end of the cutting cycle helps reduce unnecessary wear on drive components.
