The CORMAK H400SA automatic band saw is a high-performance machine designed for precise and repeatable cutting of large steel components, pipes, and closed profiles. Construction and technology

The double-column band saw H400SA is based on a stable steel structure with a cast iron body, ensuring maximum rigidity and effective vibration damping. The saw frame is positioned at a 3° angle relative to the feeding table, which improves cutting performance when processing profiles and structural sections.

Precision and work efficiency

The hydraulically controlled arm movement with adjustable cutting force and a precision throttle valve allows the cutting pressure to be adapted to the specific material. The hydraulic feeding system with an electronic controller enables programming of the cutting length and the number of pieces.

The LCD display provides information about the cutting progress, errors, and material availability. The automatic stop system reacts to faults or completion of the programmed cutting cycle, reducing downtime and improving operational safety.
