Machine description:

The laser unit with integrated cooling for the laser is located in the lower left part of the machine frame.
The tools are mounted on a 2-station rotary table that rotates 180 degrees with each cycle.
In the middle part of the machine frame, there is the working area with the welding station, the tool (on the rotary table), and the clamping device for the product.
The control cabinet is installed at the rear.
The welding station is protected against the loading/unloading area with a laser-safe enclosure.
The welding laser (the laser power supply) is switched off when a maintenance door is opened.
The loading and unloading of the welding parts is done manually. The welding process runs automatically.

The cell was used for laser welding of various plastic parts (front frames).
For components with dimensions of approximately 460 x 280 mm.
