CUTTING UNIT:
• Heavy duty, high speed roller drive tube transport system, including new transport rollers.
• Transport system is provided with new tooth belts.
• Automatic setting of saw blade stroke.
• Cutting speed sawblade chosen by customer (RPM) + new blade motor drive tooth belt.
• 3 KW cutting head motor + frequency converter.
• 1 saw blade, spindle 40 mm + clamping flange.
• Micro lube blade coolant system c/w spray mist blade cooler.
• Hydraulic material clamping system.
• Tube discharge system, Max cut length capacity = 4000 mm.
