Designed as a horizontal bandsaw with a table layout, this machine is ideally suited for use in forges, rolling mills, die casting operations, steel finishing facilities, and tool & mold manufacturing environments.

Its low table height enables installation directly on standard shop floors, simplifying material transport and handling.

6. Notable Features & Options

Independent traversable clamping system: Both the material clamping vice and the blade guide arms are independently movable, allowing large or oversized workpieces to be securely clamped without manual repositioning to a fixed side.

Robust gantry frame: Two solid columns and support bars provide excellent stability, high load capacity, low vibration operation, and long service life.

Optional 90° blade guide rotation: Allows both vertical and horizontal cutting, especially useful for notching sample workpieces.

Powered duplex chip brushes: These automatically adapt to keep the saw blade clean during operation, enhancing blade life and reducing maintenance of the brushes.

Integrated chip conveyor with coolant tank: Located beneath the cutting zone – collects chips and coolant, can be pulled out easily for cleaning.

Open-access design for easy maintenance: All wear and maintenance parts are easily accessible, simplifying servicing, blade changes, and minor repairs. No foundation work required for installation.
