The ACME tube and profile laser system represents maximum efficiency and flexibility for modern tube and profile machining. Equipped with four high-precision chucks, vertically positioned guides, and three movable clamping systems, it ensures stable and precise processing of a variety of workpieces.
The system is available with multiple machining diameters (Ø 280 mm, 360 mm, 550 mm, 640 mm, and 800 mm), providing maximum adaptability to diverse production requirements.
With selectable laser powers of 3 kW, 6 kW, 12 kW, and up to 20 kW as well as a processing length of up to 12 meters, this machine meets the highest industrial demands.
High-quality components from renowned manufacturers guarantee durability and process reliability. Of course, the system is CE-compliant and meets all common safety standards.
