For sale is a robust and fully operational roll forming machine for the production of corrugated and tile-profile sheets made of aluminum. The system is suitable for the continuous production of various profile geometries.

The machine was commissioned in October 1990 at Leichtmetallwerk Nachterstedt GmbH and impresses with its solid industrial design. Thanks to the integrated profiling line, the cutting and embossing tool, and the automatic stacking device, an efficient production process is possible, from the coil to the finished profile.

The system is particularly designed for the production of roofing profiles, tile profiles, and aluminum corrugated profiles, thus offering a versatile range of applications in the field of sheet metal processing and profile manufacturing.

- Tile profile 33/175; material thickness: 0.6 mm
- Asymmetrical corrugated profile 33/175; material thicknesses: 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm
- Aluminum corrugated profile 28/125; material thicknesses: 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm

Condition & Inspection:
The system is ready for production, is in fully operational condition, and is currently still used for production. This allows the functionality to be verified on-site if desired.
The roll forming machine can be inspected at any time by arrangement at our location in Krostitz, Hilchenbacher Straße 2A.
