CNC special machining center of type HPC FLEX-V100 from Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is designed as a single-spindle machining module featuring both horizontal and vertical machining capabilities, and is equipped with an automatic pallet changer. It was specifically developed for processing rolling bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A and B axis), allowing for various machining positions and indexing angles. Using this 2-axis combination, a pallet with clamping fixture is swiveled from the loading position to the machining position.

Loading is performed by an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet infeed station. Direct loading within the machining area is not structurally provided.

The system comes with extensive peripherals, including a coolant system with high-pressure unit, chip conveyor, hydraulic power unit, recooling system, centralized lubrication, as well as oil and emulsion mist extraction.

The machine is controlled via Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.

Used industrial special machine from a production environment. The system is fully assembled and equipped with comprehensive peripherals.

Cosmetically in line with age and previous use, showing the usual wear in the working area.
