TOS KUŘIM FS 100 OM A4 CNC

The machine is currently disassembled and is undergoing refurbishment with the following scope of work:

- Complete disassembly and cleaning
- Inspection of all components
- New Tribotec lubrication unit
- Overhaul of the dedicated console balancing circuit
- Milling head “O” – complete overhaul including replacement of gears
- Replacement of the gearbox bearings
- Replacement of belts
- Repair of ball screws and their bearings
- Resealing of the machine’s hydraulic circuits and replacement of solenoid valves
- Addition of automatic gear lubrication in the milling head
- Resealing of all hydraulic cylinders and modernization of seals
- Overhaul of the hydraulic power unit
- Overhaul of Indramat feed motors and the spindle motor
- Repair and adjustment of Indramat drives
- Overhaul of the electrical cabinet including control elements
- Replacement and modernization of limit switches throughout the machine
- Repair or replacement of Heidenhain system cables and TNC 426
- Overhaul of the control panel

- Overhaul of the Heidenhain TNC 426 control system, including keyboard and display unit
- The machine will be fully functional and delivered with geometric accuracy documented by protocol
- New machine paint in RAL 5005 and RAL 9010 color scheme.
