Complete industrial chrome and nickel plating installation, fully automatic, in perfect operational condition, including its own automated wastewater treatment plant, designed and scaled specifically for the line (with a treatment capacity of 12,000 liters per cycle), as well as a bath heating boiler with coil circuit.

The line was originally commissioned in 2000 and has been continuously refurbished, modernized, and maintained, with a notable conversion to trivalent chrome carried out in 2024, making it fully compliant with current environmental regulations.

Total volume of process baths: 43,600 liters, distributed among nickel stripping, pickling and degreasing, nickel Watch, acid copper, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, trivalent chrome, and trivalent chrome passivation.
