Systems for Chip Processing

Processing chips offers numerous advantages: if they are dry and sorted by type, disposal costs are reduced. Depending on the material, the chips can even be sold. A chip processing system includes various components, depending on the requirements: conveying and collecting equipment, magnetic separation technology, filters, and volume-reducing briquetting presses. Containers or chip silos are also required. The components can be linked together and operated fully automatically.

Application areas
The chip processing system is suitable for both semi-automatic and fully automatic processing of metal chips. Automatic conveying systems or operating personnel with trolleys/containers handle the chip transport from the machining centers. The system is used in almost all manufacturing areas of the machining industry. The processing of different materials (e.g., aluminum, steel, or cast iron) can also be realized using separate systems.
