• All operations such as milling, drilling, and thread cutting are performed with the profile bar stationary to protect the profile surface
• Continuously adjustable A-axis positioning from -120° to +120°
• Continuously adjustable C-axis positioning from -220° to +220°
• All five axes can be run simultaneously via RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point)
• Additional C-axis allows for frontal machining from both the left and right sides
• Linear guides for autonomous fixture displacement
• Work results improved by intelligent control systems
• Rapid positioning of the machining unit at up to 120 m/min. enabled by dynamic servo drives
• Thread cutting without compensation chuck
• The 2-axis unit with A- and C-axis can accommodate a 180 mm diameter saw blade
