CORMAK V3000 Hydraulic Gluing Press

The CORMAK V3000 is an industrial hydraulic gluing press designed for bonding solid wood components, furniture panels, worktops, and laminated boards. Built around a heavy-duty steel frame and equipped with four hydraulic clamping units providing a combined pressing force of 10 tonnes, the machine ensures consistent production results and high-quality bonded joints.

Construction and Technology

The V3000 is manufactured from high-grade structural steel, offering excellent resistance to deformation and long-term mechanical fatigue. Each of the four hydraulic clamping units is mounted within a rigid guide system, ensuring accurate distribution of clamping pressure in both the horizontal and vertical directions.

The simple adjustment mechanism allows the operator to position the clamping units with a minimum spacing of 240 mm, making the press suitable for both short and irregularly shaped workpieces. The large working capacity accommodates panels up to 1,550 mm in height and 3,000 mm in width.

The CORMAK V3000 provides a uniform distribution of clamping pressure, eliminating gaps and ensuring consistently strong adhesive joints.
