Lamella – Carcase Press with Rapid Traverse

Technical specifications:
Lamella carcase press from our showroom;
Working range: width from 150 to 2,500 mm, height from 150 to 1,400 mm, depth 700 mm;

- Upper lamella pressing beam with 6 elements, side lamella pressing beam with 5 elements
- Lamella pressing beams with field-proven tolerance compensation for tightly pressed carcase joints
- Counter-pressure surfaces are continuous, coated support plates, 40 mm thick
- The pressing force of the pressing beams is infinitely variable via two potentiometers and set electronically via frequency converter, ensuring absolutely wear-free torque transmission.
- Pressing force for horizontal pressing beams: min. 500 daN (kg) up to infinitely adjustable 2,200 daN (kg) max.
- Pressing force for vertical pressing beams: min. 300 daN (kg) up to infinitely adjustable 2,200 daN (kg) max.

- Including option:

Rapid traverse speed for quick positioning of the pressing beams, controlled by automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the pressing beams; pressing speed 5/10/25 mm/sec and rapid traverse speed 50 mm/sec. Sensors can be deactivated for pressing special parts.
- Jog mode for precise positioning of both pressing beams, e.g., for low pressing forces, drawers, and carcases at 45 degrees.

Easy operation via six separate push buttons, freely adjustable pressing time preselection with automatic opening feature, loading height 300 mm.
