CORMAK DG32MD is a professional spiral drill sharpener designed for intensive operation in industrial and workshop environments. The machine enables precise sharpening of HSS and cobalt drills in the diameter range of ø5–ø32 mm, making it a highly versatile tool for production plants, tool rooms, and service facilities. Thanks to the use of a powerful motor, CBN grinding wheels, and an additional drill web thinning socket, the DG32MD model ensures not only high accuracy but also complete regeneration capability for cutting tools.

Design and technology

The CORMAK DG32MD has been designed for intensive use and long service life. The machine features a robust housing resistant to vibrations and a 250 W motor with a speed of 4400 rpm, ensuring smooth operation even when sharpening larger diameter drills. The quick-change ER20 and ER40 holder system allows easy switching between different diameter ranges, while the precise tool guidance eliminates the risk of operator errors.
