General Overview

The Tagliavini TERMIK CT 185/L is a professional, multi-deck cyclothermic oven designed for bakery operations that require a large baking area and even heat distribution. This configuration features 5 baking chambers for a total usable area of 23.10 m², with internal dimensions of 1850 x 2500 mm.

The cyclothermic principle is based on the forced circulation of heat from the combustion chamber. In the 180 series, two fans direct the heat flow through the ducts surrounding the chambers, achieving a balanced temperature from the bottom to the doors. The CT 185/L can operate on gas or fuel oil/diesel.
