Warranty basis: due to age and wear, the sale is exclusively to business customers without any warranty, guarantee, or right of return. All information is without guarantee. The buyer acknowledges this by submitting their bid.

If the offered item is a used item, the warranty is 12 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer acts as a business customer within the meaning of §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

If the offered items are new, the warranty is 24 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer acts as a business customer within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty is 12 months.
