System Description

The system and piping are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.

The machine is a two-lane chain continuous washing system. Its unique modular design allows for expansion of an existing system at any time, guaranteeing that the plant will not become too small. The system can grow as the operation expands or as requirements increase.

Hot water heating: Heat exchanger in the washing tanks for the heating circuit. Recommended supply temperature 90°C
Nozzle pipes: Screwed
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter on all tanks.
Workpiece counter on both lanes.
