- Sturdy frame welded construction made of thick-walled profile tubes and laser-cut steel sheet parts ensures a torsion-resistant and dimensionally accurate press frame (no screwed frame parts!)
- With left-hand counter bearing, sliding carriage for width adjustment, central locking system, and 2 manual hydraulic press units with ergonomic handles.
- 3 roller-bearing, vertical pressure beams, type SK, made of thick-walled profile tube, galvanized, with manual hydraulic press units incl. ergonomic handle. 20,000 N pressing force, 60 mm stroke. Press units adjustable in a 50 mm hole grid.
- Counter bearing at the bottom with safety lock, adjustable in 5 steps in the hole grid
- Lower clamp with spindle pressure
- Chassis with 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes)
- Powder-coated (glue-resistant) gray-white RAL 9002, pressure plate and counter bearing cornflower blue RAL 5010
- The Quattra 1-SK version is equipped with a comfortable adjustment system for the manual hydraulic press units, providing additional safety for the operator.
