Maja FP 100 Portion Cutter
This volumetric portioning machine from Maja has been specially designed for accurately cutting products into equal portions. The machine is designed for portioning fresh, boneless cuts of meat, poultry, and game.
The FP 100 is an efficient slicer capable of continuous cutting at speeds of up to 130 cuts per minute. The machine is height-adjustable, allowing it to be easily integrated into a production line.
The last cut that does not meet the specified portion value is automatically discharged onto a separate conveyor belt.
The hygienic design of the machine ensures that the product only comes into contact with the cutting chamber, knife, and conveyor belt.
It is an ideal machine for portioning pork (rump, silverside, flank, neck, loin), beef (roast beef, rump, entrecôte, leg, fillet), and turkey.
This portioning slicer is completely manufactured from stainless steel.
