PROCESS

Pre-prepared onions are fed into the feeding system and automatically transported to the cutting area.

The system maintains the product in a controlled position during its advance and performs the cutting using the mechanical elements installed in the machine. Once processed, the onion is continuously discharged to the next stage of production.

Depending on the tooling and cutting configuration installed, the equipment can be adapted to different product preparation needs.
