VORAN EP1000 Industrial Pulper / Refiner – Stainless Steel

VORAN EP1000 industrial pulper, designed for the separation, crushing, and refining of fruits and vegetables, allowing for the extraction of pulp or puree and the simultaneous separation of skins, seeds, pits, and other unwanted solid fractions, depending on the processed product and the installed screen.

The product is continuously fed into the machine, where a rotating system drives it against a perforated sieve or screen. The usable fraction passes through the screen, while the solid residues are conveyed to a separate outlet.

Its stainless steel construction and hygienic design make it particularly suitable for industrial lines for the production of juices, purees, pulps, and products derived from fruits and vegetables.

PROCESS

The pre-prepared product is introduced into the VORAN EP1000, where the rotating system conveys and presses it against the perforated surface of the screen.

The pulp, puree, or liquid fraction passes through the perforations and is collected by a specific outlet, while the larger parts that do not pass through the screen are evacuated separately.

This principle allows for the following operations:

Extraction of pulp and puree
Refining of product
Separation of skins and seeds
Separation of coarse fibers
Removal of solid residues
Preparation of product for subsequent processes

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for fruit and vegetable processors, manufacturers of juices, purees, pulps, jams, sauces, and preserves.

Depending on the screen and configuration installed, it can process different fruits, berries, tomatoes, and vegetables, and can be part of extraction and pulp preparation lines.

The VORAN EP1000 can be integrated with washers, mills, crushers, pumps, tanks, pasteurizers, refiners, and filling systems.
