Industrial, compact scalding and dehairing machine (scalding tank with dehairing system) designed for professional processing of pork carcasses in small and medium-sized slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, and butcheries. The device combines two key operations of the slaughtering process: scalding (to soften the skin and open hair follicles) and mechanical dehairing.

Thanks to the optimal internal dimensions of the tank (1800 x 800 mm), the machine allows for easy and convenient processing of even very heavy carcasses. The construction ensures excellent thermal stability of the scalding water and uniform pressure of the dehairing rollers, which guarantees thorough cleaning of the carcasses without damaging the epidermis and the fat layer.
