Machine description
- the lids of the crates can be folded down to the side, total transport height approx. 1000 - 1050mm

- Feed zone with 1500mm straight length with drive, working height approx. 1000mm
- Main washing zone with 2700mm length, tank 600l with heating 50kW, (20kW possible via hot water) washing temperature 55-60°C, 1 stainless steel centrifugal pump 7.5kW 1500l/min at 2bar, stable external box filter, brush cleaning takes place after the first spray cleaning with an external brush, then repeated spray cleaning,
- 1800mm rinsing zone with approx. 150 - 250l/h via direct fresh water supply, the fresh water is supplied hot at at least 60°C; 500mm feed zone with top suction connection (stainless steel radial fan, DN 250 connection); 1800mm long blow-off with 2 5kW fan motors; 500mm long discharge table

Hourly output (adjustable with LENZE frequency inverter) approx. 250-300 crates with hinged lids (cross flow) or 500 lids in longitudinal flow incl. label removal with lateral brushes (LENZE drive 0.37kW)

Gravity roller conveyor for Euro pallets, internal width 840mm, very stable design made of 4mm thick stainless steel sheet, the rollers are made of galvanized steel 5000mm
The machine has the following connections:
- Fresh water at approx. 60-80°C 3/4", flow pressure min. 2 max. 6bar
via hose connection 3/4"
- Electricity: max. approx. 50kW, 400V 50 Hz
- Waste water DN 50 discharge into floor drain
- Hot water 1 1/4" flow and return, flow temperature min. 80°C, flow rate approx. 3-4m3/h
