The Karl Schnell grinder offers capacities of up to 5,000 kg/h, depending on the product.
The line can feed a processed cheese UHT system and/or multiple cookers, making it highly suitable for continuous industrial production.

Two heavy-duty ribbon blenders provide efficient and homogeneous mixing of all ingredients.
Large buffer tanks ensure controlled product flow.

Equipped with heavy-duty Waukesha pumps, load cells, recipe-controlled operation, CIP capability, and an integrated pigging system.
