The machine was designed to automatically glue and press carcass bodies made of solid wood and plywood of various sizes. Instead of requiring 3 employees to perform the work manually, a partially automated workstation was developed for a single operator. This resulted in an efficiency increase of over 300% in the pressing/gluing process. Especially when dealing with high volumes, the automated pressing process with glue supplied from two 10-liter CH-Lamello containers reduces the manually intensive and fatiguing workload.

Using different types of joining aids, carcass bodies ranging from 300x300mm to 140x140mm can be pressed.
