Hinst Continuous Cleaning System, Parts Cleaning System, 3.80 x 4.30 x 3.80m

Continuous washing systems from the manufacturer Hinst are designed to process large quantities of series parts while meeting the highest cleanliness requirements.

1. Loading and Transport

The parts to be cleaned are placed either directly or in special grid baskets (the system has matching baskets in the size 48.5 x 48.5 cm) on a transport system. Via an integrated roller conveyor or a modular belt conveyor, the parts are automatically fed into the cleaning tunnel.

2. The Cleaning Process in the Tunnel

As the parts pass through the system, they go through various separate treatment zones in sequence:

- Washing & Degreasing: The components are sprayed all around with a hot cleaning solution (consisting of water and special industrial cleaners) using an intensive nozzle system (spray bar) to remove oils, greases, and chips.
- Rinsing: In the next zone, the cleaner residues are rinsed off with clear water.
- Drying: At the end of the tunnel, a hot air blower or a blowing zone ensures that the parts emerge completely dry and clean at the other end of the machine.

3. Circulation System in the Base

Large liquid tanks and pumps are located below the transport level. The wastewater flowing down is cleaned via filter systems (to collect chips and dirt) and oil separators and then pumped directly back into the cycle to conserve resources.

This tunnel design (the system measures a proud 3.80 x 4.30 x 3.80 meters when assembled) guarantees a strict separation between the "dirty side" (inlet) and the "clean side" (outlet), which enables a fast cycle time in seconds directly in a production line.
