The HAJEK-ADECO MS 192 is a high-performance, industrial pneumatic cheese cuber designed for the automatic, precise portioning of cheese blocks (and other hard and semi-hard food products) into uniform 40 x 40 mm cubes. The machine is designed for continuous processing lines in dairy plants, cheese packaging facilities, and food processing plants. The machine utilizes a combination of a pneumatic pushing system and a cross-knife assembly (die), which guarantees clean, even cutting without crushing or deforming the product’s structure. The feeding process is carried out using a belt conveyor with an anti-slip profile, ensuring stable movement of the blocks directly under the cutting die.
