In addition to the higher yield, the final product is of high quality, featuring an improved finish of the stone cavity and a lower percentage of pit fragments. Furthermore, if the peach pit is missing, the selective knife automatically engages, and the fruit is pitted using the knife system during the normal rotation cycle. * Output depends on the product and its size.
