This Monoblock efficiently processes still liquids, such as water and wine. Notably, FIMER manufactured this machine in 1999, ensuring an operational capacity of up to 4500 bottles per hour (BPH) for bottling 0.75-liter glass containers. Additionally, this unit currently remains in storage, ready for immediate use.


Monoblock Structure and Rotation


This machine operates with a clockwise rotation, which allows it to move containers smoothly and continuously through each treatment station. Consequently, this rotational design synchronizes the rinsing, filling, and capping cycles precisely, which helps to maximize productivity and minimize bottling interruptions. Capping Station


The capping station is equipped with three heads for aluminum screw caps and three for straight cork stoppers. In this way, the machine can accommodate different closure types, including 31×18 mm caps. Therefore, this versatility ensures tight, protective seals on containers after filling.
