Panel Locking for horizontal cuts via pneumatic workpiece clamping system, controlled by a switch on the operator panel.

- Horizontal Cuts: by digital readout with zero reset (for strip cutting from top to bottom), by scale from 0–2,100 mm, and by strip stop from 75–730 mm
- Vertical Cuts: by electronic digital display and scale from 0–1,300 mm

Extraction Nozzles: 100 mm for the saw unit and 120 mm for the rear extraction ducts, positioned on the right side of the machine frame.

- ADVANCE clamping system, consisting of 2 pneumatic clamping jaws motor-driven on ball screw along vertical axes. The clamping jaws can be positioned to the upper edge of the panel via joystick. The jaws automatically detect and stop at the panel’s upper edge using a contact switch. After reaching, the jaws close and secure the panel. They support panels up to max. 150 kg. The jaws can lift the panel for lower edge trimming, then relocate it with the trimmed edge resting on the lower support (also detected by contact switch). The jaws can then be raised again or continue holding the panel during horizontal cutting to relieve the cut. This prevents the panel from dropping onto the saw blade after the horizontal cut! Standard distance between clamps is approx. 1,800 mm. Position: right side of the machine (other positions available at extra cost). Minimum strip height with Advance jaws: 400 mm.

- Electropneumatic scoring system for chip-free saw cuts by double cutting with the main blade (no scoring width adjustment needed – always ready to use – user-friendly)

- Torsion-resistant, freestanding machine frame.

- Round rod guide for vertical and horizontal travel.

- Pneumatically retractable slatted panel prevents contact between saw blade and rear wall slats (strip). A sensor detects slat position; the grid recoils pneumatically if the saw would hit a slat.

- Extraction nozzle on the saw head for dust collection in front of the workpiece.

- Extraction nozzles for 3 vertical extraction ducts for dust generated behind the workpiece.

- Fine-adjustable flip stop for vertical cuts, guided on a 30 mm round bar.

- Extension stop (eliminating the need to lift heavy panels from the lower rollers onto the middle support).

- Fine adjustment for horizontal cuts via handwheel.

- Foldable strip cutting stop with ball bearing sensor along upper panel edge, adjustable from 75–730 mm.
