The DTS double screw blancher set is an advanced processing unit made entirely of stainless steel, designed for the thermal treatment and conveying of food raw materials, especially potatoes and root vegetables. Featuring a high-pressure (6 bar) steam heating system and large operational capacity, this set is ideally suited for blanching, steaming, or pre-processing in high-throughput production lines. The use of two independent, large-diameter screws ensures accurate retention time control for the product, resulting in consistent processing quality while minimizing the risk of mechanical damage to the raw material.
