Featuring a high-pressure (6 bar) steam heating system and large operational capacity, this set is ideally suited for blanching, steaming, or pre-processing in high-throughput production lines. The use of two independent, large-diameter screws ensures accurate retention time control for the product, resulting in consistent processing quality while minimizing the risk of mechanical damage to the raw material.
