The professional Deighton Formatic Retail Machine (R2200 series) is a well-established, industry-standard machine for automatic portioning and shaping of food products. The device is widely used in meat processing plants, butcher shops, delicatessens, catering companies, and large-scale food production establishments (burger restaurants, ready-meal factories). The machine operates based on a smooth rotary mechanism of the forming drum, ensuring exceptional weight accuracy and perfect consistency in the shape of each product. The 100 mm diameter drum enables quick and repeatable serial forming of classic hamburgers, ground meat patties, chicken burgers, and plant-based burgers. Smooth transport of the formed product is ensured by the integrated conveyor belt. An additional advantage of this particular unit is the factory-installed Auto Paper system (paper interleaf dispenser), which automatically places a paper disc under each formed patty. This significantly simplifies the stacking, packaging, and freezing of finished products without the risk of them sticking together.
