Construction and Sandblasting Technology

The KDP220TOP blasting cabinet is a robust steel construction designed for intensive industrial use. The upper lid supported by telescopic cylinders simplifies loading and unloading operations, while the large front door with a rubber perimeter seal ensures excellent chamber tightness.

The viewing window measuring 540 x 250 mm, equipped with replaceable protective films, provides a wide working field without blind spots. The interior features a stable support grid and efficient lighting, allowing precise control of the cleaning process.

Dust Extraction System – DC23

The integrated DC23 dust extraction system efficiently removes fine dust particles from inside the cabinet, improving operator safety and working comfort. The 16-litre bag filter captures solid particles, while the powerful 1200 W motor and vacuum pressure above 12 kPa ensure effective separation of contaminants. The flexible 2-metre connection hose allows convenient installation of the extraction system.
