The CORMAK E910 is an advanced horizontal band sawmill engineered for professional sawmill and timber processing applications. Construction and Technology

The CORMAK E910 features a robust four-column frame with additional rear reinforcement, providing exceptional structural rigidity. It is equipped with a high-quality 35 mm wide, 4,000 mm long band saw blade operating at a speed of 17 m/s, ensuring efficient and precise cutting performance.

The saw head is manually fed, giving the operator complete control over the cutting process and allowing optimal adjustment for different types of timber. The machine is supplied with a 12-litre coolant reservoir, which continuously lubricates and cools the blade, significantly reducing wear and extending blade life.

Performance and Precision

Designed for continuous operation in sawmills and timber processing plants, the E910 offers excellent cutting accuracy and repeatability. Its substantial 488 kg machine weight, wide track spacing, and dynamically balanced band wheels provide outstanding stability throughout the cutting process.

With a maximum cutting thickness of 475 mm, the machine can process large-diameter logs, while the narrow kerf of 1.4–2.2 mm minimizes material waste and maximizes timber yield.
