This is a combination steamer, also known as a convection oven, manufactured by Convotherm, model OGS 20.20, in a gas-powered version, direct injection, without a boiler, manufactured in 2008.
The unit is set for natural gas; it can be converted to propane gas. The combination steamer is functional; videos can be sent upon request.
The combination steamer is equipped with a trolley for 20 x 2/1 GN or 40 x 1/1 GN pans and includes 2 x 1/1 GN insert racks.
The unit is sold without inspection or warranty, as received from the customer. An inspection will certainly be necessary for recommissioning.
Wiring diagrams and documentation are included.
Only frozen, ready-made meals have been heated/regenerated in this combination steamer.
