CONSTMACH JS-1 mobile jaw and impact crusher is a high-efficiency mobile crushing and screening plant designed for processing natural stones such as medium-hard limestone, dolomite, and river stone. The JS-1 is manufactured with advanced engineering expertise and offers maximum efficiency even in challenging site conditions thanks to its durable components, high-performance crushers, and compact design. The system's first chassis features a CJC-60 primary jaw crusher, a vibrating feed hopper, a bypass belt, and a wheeled mobile chassis with hydraulic legs. The second chassis houses a CSI 1210 secondary impact crusher, a three-deck vibrating screen, a return belt, foldable stockpile belts, and a dust suppression system.

Thanks to the powerful impact crusher design of the JS-1, the final products have an excellent cubic shape, providing ideal aggregate quality, especially for concrete production. The plant's production capacity varies between 60 and 80 tons per hour, depending on the hardness of the rock. Thanks to its user-friendly automation system, SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand components, and PLC control, the plant can be fully automatically managed via a tablet. Installation is completed in a short time, and the need for external equipment is minimized thanks to hydraulic opening mechanisms. The JS-1 can be easily transported with a single tractor due to its dimensions suitable for international road transport.
