The housing of the cleaning system and the associated pipelines are made of stainless steel.

Cleaning is carried out using a special nozzle system with wide-angle nozzles and a driven rotating basket. A U-shaped spray system ensures easy operation and high efficiency.
The nozzles are supplied by a powerful circulation pump, which ensures intensive treatment and is equipped with a carbide mechanical seal.
Heated tank in the lower part of the system.
If the liquid level drops below a certain point, a fixed water connection ensures automatic refilling.
This ensures safety for the heating elements and pump, as well as clean and accurate metering of the required amount of water.
Internally located return baskets filter out coarse dirt from the washing solution.
A fume extraction system removes steam before the hood is opened. The lid is supported by a gas spring.
Simple handling of the filling system enables a fast workflow.
