In 2011, the machine was completely overhauled and the gear motor, heating elements, gas pressure spring, and heating were replaced.
The housing of the cleaning unit and all associated piping are made of stainless steel.

A U-shaped spray system ensures easy handling with high efficiency.
The spray device is supplied by a powerful circulation pump, which guarantees intensive cleaning and is equipped with a mechanical seal made of hard metal.
A heated tank in the lower part of the machine is filled with a cleaning solution (98% water, 2% cleaning agent).
If the liquid level drops below the minimum, an automatic water supply connection ensures the tank is refilled automatically.
This provides safety for the heating elements and pump, as well as precise and clean dosing of water.
Internal return baskets filter coarse debris from the washing bath.
