High-performance industrial heating system for sale, commissioned at the end of 2023 and operated for only two heating seasons (2023/2024 and 2024/2025).

The system is currently fully operational and can be inspected and tested under working conditions. Sold as it is with all the hardware including stainless steel chimney, electrical distribution panel and complete interior fittings included in the price.

The installation was professionally executed and regularly maintained. The system is in excellent technical condition with no leaks, corrosion, or structural defects. The boiler can be adapted for alternative fuel operation (e.g. LPG or oil) subject to burner configuration and technical adjustment.
