The complete BRETINOV line organizes three key stages in the spring roll production process. It includes a wrapper softening unit, a filling dispenser, and a folding and rolling table. This ensures that each part performs a specific operation before passing the product to the next station.

Rice Paper Wrapper Softening

First, the softening unit prepares the wrappers before dispensing. It applies water and then steam to soften each sheet. As a result, the wrapper becomes easier to fold without breaking.
BRETINOV positions the steam production close to the wrapper to minimize heat loss. In addition, the system precisely regulates the water supply. This step remains essential, as a wrapper that is too dry may tear. Conversely, a wrapper that is too wet becomes difficult to handle.

Consistent Filling Dispensing

Next, the BRETINOV P007 dispenser places the filling onto the softened wrapper. The attached plate clearly identifies this module as a P007 dispenser, version 2, manufactured in 2024.
The dispensing head uses a screw to move the mixture towards the outlet. This makes it easier to control the amount dispensed. Furthermore, BRETINOV designs this system to preserve the texture of the ingredients and minimize their crushing. Interchangeable nozzles can also adjust the shape of the dispensed filling according to the recipe.

Folding and Rolling of Spring Rolls
