Technical data:
The high flexibility of this system allows to reduce big stocks and big stores and eliminate dead-times for setting up boring machines. Different units and toolings can be mounted allowing to obtain mass-produced or made to order pieces, which are divided according to their dimensions or colour only

Vertical panel store with automatic panel drawing
Roller connection device
Roller loading device
8-position revolver head where 8 different heads can be mounted, complete with vacuum device - The electronic part can control from 5 to 11 axis depending on the equipment
Hardware insertion units: each group is equipped with a PLC programm for the control of the whole inserting cycle
