ALFA LAVAL CAF 2H/1, a 2-head aseptic filler, designed for the sterile filling of liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous food products into large-format aseptic packaging within industrial processing lines.

The dual filling head configuration allows operation with two stations, facilitating process continuity and increasing operational flexibility. This type of equipment is especially suitable for packaging pre-sterilized products that must be maintained under aseptic conditions until sealing.

Its stainless steel construction, protected filling zones, and automatic control system allow it to be integrated with sterilizers, aseptic tanks, and complete processing lines for fruits, tomatoes, and other food products.

PROCESS

The ALFA LAVAL CAF 2H/1 receives the product that has already undergone sterilization and guides it to the filling heads, maintaining the required hygienic conditions during filling.

The packaging is positioned at the corresponding station and connected to the filling system, with the product transferred within a protected and controlled zone. Once filling is complete, the packaging can be removed and replaced with another to continue production.

The 2-head configuration is particularly useful for maintaining an efficient workflow during packaging changeover operations.

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for processors of tomatoes, fruits, and vegetables, as well as manufacturers of purees, pulps, concentrates, juices, and sauces that need to package sterilized products for storage or distribution.

Depending on the installed configuration, it can be used with aseptic bags in drums, bins, or other industrial containers.

It can be integrated with aseptic sterilizers, buffer tanks, sanitary pumps, CIP systems, and UHT lines.
