The U-162 small parts counter was specifically developed for use as a filler on automatic bagging machines and is ideal for counting repeat batches of the same product type. Embedded with ICI vision mass counting technology, the U-162B parts counter is capable of counting an unprecedented variety of small parts ranging from 1 mm to 25 mm in size, without the need for tooling changes when switching between objects.

Complex-shaped items, including open-formed pieces, can be easily counted, making the U-162B small parts counting machine an ideal system for industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, hardware, and others. Its unique ability to count multiple items in parallel leads to counting speeds of up to 200 objects per second, delivering results comparable to weight-based machines while maintaining higher accuracy compared to conventional counters.
