This all-copper brewhouse of type CBS-15 was manufactured by the German manufacturer Wachsmann in 1998 and first put into operation in 1999/2000. It is currently in storage in Bavaria and has recently been professionally overhauled - including new controls and motors. The system is available immediately.
The brewhouse is being sold at a much more attractive price than previously invested. Originally, a recommissioning was planned as part of our own brewing project, but this could not be realized due to the lack of a building permit.

- Design: all-copper brewhouse incl. copper-clad smoke pipe and dummy extractor hood
- Hot wort: 17 hl
- Pouring: approx. 270 kg
- Commissioning: 1999/2000
- Floor space: approx. 5.25 × 1.80 m (with control cabinet: 2.25 m)
- Recommended room height: min. 4.2 m
- Weight (empty): approx. 4,000 kg
- Control system: renewed after 2017
