1 – Infeed table with cleaning unit (air blower) and crosswise brush for table width, collects residual dust from components
2 – Roller coating machine No. 1
3 – Roller coating machine No. 2
4,5 – UV lamp with conveyor – one lamp illuminating from above
6 – Quick Wood System RO1400 brushing machine
7 – Venjakob spray booth – 8 spray guns

8,9,10,11,12 – Drying tunnel with mechanical top air supply via nozzles, temperature and airflow can be regulated in 3 zones
13,14 – UV lamp with conveyor – 2 lamps positioned at an angle to the workpiece, curing the edges as well
15 – Four-shaft brushing machine with individual height and speed adjustment for each shaft
16 – Intermediate sanding outfeed table
17 – Cleaning unit (air blower) for light surface dust removal
18 – Venjakob spray booth – single-circuit, but can be switched to a second by exchanging the entire spray gun rack (a spare is included) and switching the pump (two pumps included)
19 – Roller conveyor; lineup supported by photoelectric sensors for loading the dryer
20 – 14-shelf drying oven
22 – Outfeed table with two speed levels depending on the unloading speed required by the finishing line.
